Any such unauthorized access or use is subject to federal and state statutes designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of criminal information and related data. Unauthorized access to or use of CISS is subject to criminal and civil sanctions, including, but not limited to, Connecticut General Statutes, Sections 53a-251, et seq. and C.G.S.
